All orders are shipped by USPS First Class mail, which means you should have your order in about a week. (average times may vary due to Postal Service mail volumes and your distance from our Eastern Nebraska shipping center).

If the product is damaged, incomplete, or you need a different apparel size please email email@example.com or call for a replacement product & return label within 15 days from the date of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your product and wish to return it, please read the following carefully:
If you wish to RETURN your product for a refund (we cannot refund shipping fees), you have 45 days from the date of purchase to receive a refund. Customer must pay return shipping.
If you wish to EXCHANGE your product for predatorquest.com product of equal value, you have 60 days from the date of purchase. Customer must pay return shipping. If exchanging larger, heavier items (Seat Cushions, bipods, scopes, etc) an additional shipping fee may be required to ship your product back to you.
All refunds can only be issued for the PRODUCT price. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Be sure to get tracking confirmation on your returned item. If the package does not arrive at our office, we will be unable to issue a refund. If shipping USPS we advise you to NOT ship Parcel Post.
